Adam Pah is a Board Member, co-founder of SCALES, and Assistant Dean of Digital Innovation at Georgia State University. As Policy Analytics Lead Faculty, he coordinates the Digital Landscape Initiative curriculum across the five departments at the Andrew Young School and grows research efforts in policy analytics and computational social science across the school. His expertise focuses on data science, complex systems, and artificial intelligence and the applications of these methods to better understand decision-making in social systems and institutions. His research for SCALES centers on building language models to understand how litigation proceeds, disambiguating entities, and quantifying the extent to which legal outcomes vary within and between court districts.
